RaceTime’s REPC system helps organisers move large crowds faster by separating participant verification from item collection.Instead of every counter checking details manually, participants scan their QR code at a self-service tablet kiosk. A ticket is printed instantly with the participant’s details, bib number, category, size information or collection items. They then proceed to the correct collection counter, where crew can fulfil the pack quickly.

How it works

Participants receive a QR code before the event.

At the venue, they scan the QR code at a tablet kiosk.

The system prints a collection ticket with the required information.

Participants bring the ticket to the collection counter.

Crew fulfil the pack, bib, badge or item based on the printed ticket.

Collection status is updated live for organiser tracking.
